If you wish to cancel your order, you can do it within 5 hours of completing the order. As we usually process orders & ship them as soon as they come in. To cancel your order mail us at email@example.com with the reason for cancellation.
We would refund the full amount charged to you if cancelled with 5 hours.
We accept refund request only if notified within 7 calendar days after the delivery of the product. We would refund full amount, minus cost of shipping. Refund is processed only if product is unaltered and in unused condition.
Please note that we are not able to accept any refund request, if not notified within 7 calendar days. You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate refund request.
Please check the item at the time of delivery. If it is damaged or defective do not accept it. Please contact our customer support team immediately, we will replace it once we receive it back. We are not able to accept any damage or defective complain later on.
The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping products back to us if we are not fault.
Refund will only be processed to the original source, through which the payment was made.
