  5. How is cosmetic Argan oil used?
    Argan oil can be directly applied to the skin and hair.
    For skin: a few drops can be rubbed into the face and neck, where it is absorbed immediately into the skin. Argan oil can be mixed with other cosmetics products like lotion, creams etc.
    For hair: Apply to hair after shampoo as a leave in treatment or use as pre-wash treatment by applying at least 30 minute before shower.

  1. How quickly is my order processed?
    Orders may take up to 2 full business days to be processed, picked and packed before it is shipped. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery in India and 10 to 15 business days for international shipments.
  2. How do I check on an order I have placed?
    You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order is ready to be shipped. The email will contain shipment details and tracking number for your order.
  3. Where can I ship my order?
    Please note that we do not ship to PO Box and hotel addresses.
    We advise you to double check your shipping address to ensure timely delivery of your shipment

  1. What if my products arrive damaged or defective?
    If it is damaged or defective do not accept it. Please contact our customer support team immediately; we will replace it once we receive it back. We are not able to accept any damage or defective complain later on.
  2. How do I cancel an order?
    To cancel your order, mail us at info@argandrops.com with the reason for cancellation.
    We would refund the full amount charged to you if cancelled with 5 hours.

  4. What is your return policy?
    If notified within 7 calendar days after the delivery of the product, we would refund full amount, minus cost of shipping. Refund is processed only if product is unaltered and in unused condition.
    Please note that we are not able to accept any refund request, if not notified within 7 calendar days.

  1. How do I place an order online?
    It’s easy! First start by clicking around on our site. When you see a product that you’d like to order, click on the big “add to bag” button. This should send you directly to “Your Bag” page. If you have a promo code, enter this in the “Coupon Code” field near the bottom of the bag page. After updating the product quantity or coupon code, click the “checkout” button below the grand total.The next page will take you to the “Secure Checkout” page. At this point, you’re able to checkout as a guest, register an account. We recommend registering as this will make it so much easier the next time you shop because you won’t have to re-enter all your info. It also makes it easier to log in and check on your order status.Checkout is pretty self-explanatory. Enter the appropriate information in the fields provided. If the shipping address isn’t the same as the billing, click the “I also want to ship to this address” button above the “bill & ship to this address” button. After selecting the appropriate shipping method, click the “Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express” field or the PayPal option. These are below the “How Would You Like to Pay?” Then hit the “proceed to payment” button.
    Enter the appropriate credit card or PayPal information-then hit the “pay for order” button. If the order is able to process, it will take you to a confirmation page.You’re done! You should receive an email confirmation that your order has been received. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive another email with your tracking info included.
  2. Do you accept international orders?
    We ship orders to addresses in around the world.
  3. Why was my order cancelled?
    • Cannot ship to the address provided.
    • Duplicate order was placed.
    • Cancelled due to a customer request.
    • Shipping address is a reshipper or mail forwarding service or PO Box or hotel addresses

    All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases may be processed and shipped.
    If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice alerting you to the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items, however please allow several business days for the refund to process.
